以玉米秸秆半纤维素为碳源水热制备炭微球,并以其为载体原位担载硅钨酸制备功能炭球@硅钨酸复合物。结果表明,低温水热条件下半纤维素可直接炭化制得微米级的炭球;复合物中硅钨酸的存在对炭球形貌和尺寸没有影响,但有助于炭微球的石墨化,并与表面富含官能团的炭球存在相互作用;硅钨酸典型的Keggin结构在复合物中依然保留。所得炭球@硅钨酸复合物可望用作良好的催化材料。
The carbon microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis of corn stalk hemicellulose as carbon source and loaded with silicotungstic acid in situ to prepare functional carbon spheres @ silicotungstic acid complex. The results show that the hemicellulose can be directly carbonized into micrometer-sized carbon spheres under low temperature and hydrothermal conditions. The presence of silicotungstic acid has no effect on the morphology and size of charcoal spheres, but it contributes to the graphitization of charcoal spheres , And interact with the surface-rich carbon sphere. The typical Keggin structure of silicotungstic acid remains in the complex. The resulting carbon ball @ silicate complex is expected as a good catalytic material.
