针对中药出口质量标准问题。围绕国际天然药发展趋势、国际市场对天然药的需求、有关国家对传统医药管理的概况、我国出口中药的质量现状和遇到的问题以及应采取的对策进行了论述,认为随着“人类回归大自然”思潮的兴起,研究、开发、应用天然药已成为世界性热潮,而目前我国中药出口发展缓慢,质量标准不适应国际市场需求,缺乏国际竞争力,必须加强领导,转变观念,采用现代科学手段开拓新领域,既适应国际标准,也要对国际标准施加影响,扩大中医药技术交流与合作,主动适应国内外市场需要。
For the issue of export quality standards for Chinese medicine. Focusing on the development trend of international natural medicines, the demand for natural medicines in the international market, the overview of traditional medicine management in relevant countries, the current status of quality of Chinese medicines exported and problems encountered in China, and the countermeasures that should be taken, we believe that with the return of humans, The rise of nature’s “trend”, research, development, and application of natural medicine has become a global upsurge. At present, China’s traditional Chinese medicine exports are developing slowly. Quality standards do not meet the needs of the international market, and they lack international competitiveness. They must strengthen leadership, change their concepts, and adopt modern methods. Scientific means to open up new areas, both to adapt to international standards, but also to exert influence on international standards, expand the exchange of technology and cooperation in Chinese medicine, and actively adapt to the needs of domestic and foreign markets.
