电感耦合等离子体质谱技术(ICP-MS)是一种有效用于元素检测的现代分析方法。文中简述了ICP-MS和流动注射分析法(FI)的基本原理;FI做为一种样品引入方式和多功能的在线样品处理手段以其特有的优点越来越广泛的在ICP-MS分析中得到应用。FI使ICP-MS对高盐溶液承受力提高,使在小稀释因数下将样品溶液引入ICP-MS成为可能,从而可以降低检出限;FI-ICP-MS对有机溶剂有较高的承受力解决了ICP-MS分析含有机物质溶液时的一些问题。本文综述了FI-ICP-MS联用技术在分析环境、生物样品、药品、食品等样品中的研究进展以及微流动注射、芯片纳流动注射和等离子体质谱的联用进展。并指出随着我国国力的增强,经济的发展将会使ICP-MS越来越普及,FI-ICP-MS的联用技术研究越来越受到关注,其应用范围也将会大大拓宽。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is a modern analytical method that is effective for elemental detection. The basic principles of ICP-MS and flow injection analysis (FI) are briefly described in this paper. FI, as a sample introduction method and multifunctional on-line sample processing method, has its own unique advantages more and more widely in ICP-MS analysis In the application. FI makes ICP-MS more tolerant to high-salt solutions, making it possible to introduce sample solutions into ICP-MS with a small dilution factor, thereby reducing the detection limit; FI-ICP-MS has a high tolerance to organic solvents Solves some of the problems when ICP-MS analyzes organic-matter-containing solutions. This article reviews the research progress of FI-ICP-MS in the analysis of environmental, biological samples, pharmaceuticals, food samples and the development of microfluid injection, chip flow injection and plasma mass spectrometry. And pointed out that with the improvement of China’s national strength, the development of economy will make ICP-MS more and more popular. The research on the joint technology of FI-ICP-MS has drawn more and more attention and its application range will be greatly expanded.
