大庆是铁人精神的发源地,今年是油田发现五十周年,回想五十年的发展过程,大庆正是用“铁人精神”激励一代又一代石油人,激励是思想政治工作的良方,现代管理中最重要,最基本也是是最复杂的职能,激励方法运用效果是永定企业兴衰的一个重要因素,介绍激励的重要性和激励机制的种类,接着分析了我国企业运行激励方法中存在的问题,然后结合于国企业的实际情况,从多方面论定了企业运用正确,灵活运用激励方法的途径。
