民生问题,事关广大人民群众的切身利益。十八大报告顺应人民群众过上幸福生活的新要求、新期待,把民生问题摆在更加突出的位置,对进一步保障和改善民生作出全面的部署。本文从民生建设的成就、民生领域存在的问题与挑战两个方面进行分析,最后提出完善民生问题的建议与措施。
The people’s livelihood issues are related to the vital interests of the broad masses of the people. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China complied with the new requirements and new expectations of the people in a happy life and placed the people’s livelihood in a more prominent position to make a comprehensive plan for further safeguarding and improving people’s livelihood. This article analyzes the achievements in people’s livelihood construction and the existing problems and challenges in the field of people’s livelihood, and finally puts forward suggestions and measures to improve people’s livelihood.
