石油天然气管道输送在国民经济中占有极为重要的战略地位。油气管道输送的基本要求是安全、高效。管道一旦发生事故,不仅会造成巨大经济损失,而且对社会和环境也会产生严重的后果,其直接、间接经济损失巨大,修理费用也非常之高。因此,工业发达国家均高度重视油气管道检测技术的研究和开发,对在役长距离油气输送管道实行法制性的检测,特别是对新建和老龄管道更是十分关注。我国在役长距离油气输送管道总长两万公里左右,在建和拟建十余条管道达数千公里。目前我国多数油气管道已进入中老年期。出于历史原因,这些始建于60—70年代的油气管道,从设计到施工都存在着许多缺陷,经20多年的运行已进入事故多发阶段。为防止管道
Oil and gas pipeline transportation in the national economy occupy a very important strategic position. The basic requirements of oil and gas pipeline transportation is safe and efficient. In the event of an accident, the pipeline will not only cause huge economic losses, but also have serious social and environmental consequences. The direct and indirect economic losses will be enormous and the repair costs will also be very high. Therefore, industrialized countries all attach great importance to the research and development of oil and gas pipelines detection technology. They are also paying close attention to the legal inspection of in-service long-distance oil and gas pipelines, especially for new and old pipelines. The length of long-distance oil and gas pipelines currently under operation in China is about 20,000 kilometers long, with thousands of kilometers of pipelines under construction and to be built. At present, most of China’s oil and gas pipelines have entered the middle-aged. For historical reasons, these oil and gas pipelines, which were built in the 1960s and 1970s, have many shortcomings from design to construction. After more than 20 years of operation, they have entered the stage of accident. To prevent the pipe
