目的:建立六合氨基酸注射液的细菌内毒素检查法。方法:根据中国药典1995年版二部收载的细菌内毒素检查法的要求进行实验。并将细菌内毒素检查法与家兔法检测作对比。结果:该注射液经6倍稀释后对测定无干扰。结论:可以用鲎试验法作为医院日常检测六合氨基酸注射液的热原检查。
Objective: To establish a bacterial endotoxin test for Liuhe Amino Acid Injection. Methods: According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1995 edition of the two contained bacterial endotoxin test requirements of the experiment. Bacterial endotoxin test and rabbit test for comparison. Results: The injection after six times dilution without interference on the determination. CONCLUSION: The pyrogen test can be used as a routine test for the detection of six amino acids in hospitals.
