本研究将采自海南尖峰岭的叶下珠,通过离子化萃取分离法提取了其中的没食子酸。我们在预实验中摸索了没食子酸的提取溶剂和提取方法。采用正交试验的方法,优化了影响没食子酸提取效率的三要素:浸泡时间,提取次数和浸提时间。试验结果表明提取没食子酸的最佳工艺条件是:浸泡1.5小时,抽提3次,浸提时间为2小时,在此条件下没食子酸的提取率最高达0.351%。
In this study, the Phyllanthus urinaria collected from Jianfengling, Hainan Province, was extracted by ionization extraction and separation method. We explored gallic acid extraction solvents and extraction methods in preliminary experiments. Orthogonal experiment method was used to optimize the three factors affecting the extraction efficiency of gallic acid: soaking time, extraction times and extraction time. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction of gallic acid were as follows: immersion 1.5 hours, extraction 3 times, extraction time 2 hours, the extraction rate of gallic acid up to 0.351%.
