1988年初,我校接受了《职业指导的理论研究和实验》这一国家教委的“七五”课题,经过近三年的学习与实验,取得一些成果。参加实验的90届高三毕业生,高考第一志愿录取率比过去提高,升入高一级学校后,对所学专业比较满意。本文是从学校领导的角度汇报我们是怎样领导与组织这一课题研究的。主要有以下四点:
In early 1988, our school accepted the “7th Five-Year” project of the National Board of Education as a theoretical study and experiment of vocational guidance. After nearly three years of study and experimentation, our school achieved some results. In the 90th grade junior high school graduates who took part in the experiment, the acceptance rate of the first volunteer college entrance examination was higher than in the past. After advancing to a higher grade school, they were more satisfied with the major they studied. This article reports from the perspective of school leaders on how we are leading and organizing this issue. There are four main points:
