针对沥青颗粒调剖剂易粘结的特点,设计并试验了活塞式单缸注入泵。该泵在注入缸结构上采用加装橡胶刮片的方式,保证运行效果。动力系统采用液压方式,调剖剂注入泵的吸入阀与排出阀采用高压电控球阀,避免在常规球座式单流阀中,球下落时将沥青颗粒压实,并使其发生粘连现象。通过26井次的应用,证明了该设计的可行性与技术可靠性。
Aiming at the characteristics of easy adhesion of asphalt particle profile control agent, a piston single cylinder injection pump was designed and tested. The pump in the injection cylinder structure with the installation of rubber scraper way to ensure the operation results. The power system adopts the hydraulic method. The suction valve and the discharge valve of the injection pump of the profile control agent adopt the high-pressure electric ball valve to prevent the asphalt particles from compaction in the conventional ball seat type single-flow valve and cause the adhesion phenomenon. Through the application of 26 wells, the feasibility and technical reliability of this design have been proved.
