在常规三角带传动设计中,三角带的强度或许用应力,工作应力,几何参数等都是作为常量来处理,然而实际上它们都是随机变量。通过大量的实际观察和实验,可以找出这些随机变量的统计分布规律。对于影响三角带传动能力的主要随机变量用概率论和数理统计方法予以考虑,可以得出三角带传动可靠性,失效可能性的定量分析及寿命等参数的预测,从而获得较常规设计更为合理的三角带设计结果。
In the conventional V-belt drive design, the strength of the V-belt may be stress, work stress, geometric parameters and so on are treated as constant, but in fact they are all random variables. Through a large number of actual observations and experiments, we can find the statistical distribution of these random variables. Considering the main random variables influencing the transmission capacity of the belt with probability theory and mathematical statistics, the reliability of the belt transmission, the quantitative analysis of the possibility of failure and the prediction of life parameters can be obtained, so as to be more reasonable than the conventional design V-belt design results.
