我们在长沙机务段进行学生毕业设计时,根据机务段的需要,接受了研制由罗马尼亚进口的ND_2内燃机车电子式电压调整器的任务,以取代机车上原来用的机械式电压调整器。ND_2内燃机车的发电机容量、电压调整器的电压、电流值都比国产机车的大,因此它的研制难度也较大。电子式电压调整器反应迅速、调整准确,在负载和转速突变时能及时调整励磁,保持发电机输出电压不变。这样,辅助发电机输出电压的稳定程度大大提高了,从而也改善了机车的运用性能,特别是为机车蓄电池组的工作状况创造了良好的条件,保护了蓄电池和其它电器元件。由于目前电子元件的可靠性还不甚理
