对 多份优良 的辣( 甜) 椒品种的 测交筛 选表明, 恢复基因 较多地分 布于辣 椒品种中 ,而不育基因则 较易在 常规甜椒 中发现 。本实 验筛 选出 育 性全 恢复 的 辣椒 品 种12 个( 22 个 株系) , 占测交辣椒 品种的324 % ;甜椒 品种2 个(4 个株系) ,只占测 交甜椒 品种的87 % ,以及 育性分离 的甜椒品种1 2 个(3 1 个株系) 。
The cross selection of several excellent sweet pepper varieties showed that the restorer gene was distributed more in the pepper varieties, whereas the sterile genes were found more easily in the conventional sweet pepper. Twelve varieties (22 lines) of full-fertility restorer were screened in this experiment, accounting for 32.4% of the total cultivars, 2 (4 lines) of sweet pepper cultivars, 87% of the total, and 12 varieties of sweet pepper separated by fertility (31 strains).
