目的利用生物电阻抗分析法,分析甘肃东乡族成人非脂肪组织体成分变化特点。方法采用横断面整群分层随机抽样方法,应用体成分分析仪,测量491例甘肃省东乡族自治县20岁以上东乡族成人非脂肪组织体成分指标。结果甘肃东乡族成年男性去脂体重、骨量、肌肉、蛋白质、体液量及构成比均高于女性(P<0.01),且男性各年龄组的骨量、肌肉量、蛋白质、体液量均高于女性(P<0.01)。骨量、肌肉量在同一性别中随年龄变化趋势相同,男性均在40岁年龄组达峰值后下降;女性先降后升,在40岁年龄组达峰值后又下降。男性的蛋白质在30岁年龄组达峰值后下降;女性的蛋白质呈持续下降状态。男女性的躯干肌肉量分别在50岁年龄组和40岁年龄组达峰值后下降。男女性的双上肢肌肉量、体液量均在40岁年龄组达峰值后逐渐下降。男性的双下肢肌肉量除在40岁年龄组稍有回升,总体呈下降趋势;女性的双下肢肌肉量呈持续下降状态。男女性的细胞内液量均先降后升,在40岁年龄组达峰值后又下降。男女性的细胞外液量分别在50岁年龄组和40岁年龄组达峰值后稍有下降。结论甘肃东乡族成年男性的非脂肪组织体成分高于女性。随着年龄的增长,非脂肪组织体成分均发生变化,除双上肢肌肉量、体液量、细胞内液外,其余体成分的变化趋势均存在性别差异。总体呈现出,东乡族成年女性非脂肪组织体成分量少于男性,部分无峰值呈持续下降或达峰值早,下降早,达峰值后下降趋势缓于男性的特点。
Objective To analyze the changes of body composition of adult non-adipose tissue in Dongxiang ethnic minority in Gansu by bioelectrical impedance analysis. Methods The cross-sectional stratified stratified random sampling method was used. Body composition analyzer was used to measure the body composition of 491 adult non-fatty tissues in Dongxiang ethnicity in Dongxiang Autonomous County, Gansu Province. Results The fat mass, bone mass, muscle mass, protein, body fluid and composition ratio of adult male in Dongxiang nationality in Gansu were higher than those in female (P <0.01), and the bone mass, muscle mass, protein and body fluid of men in all age groups were high In women (P <0.01). Bone mass and muscle mass had the same trend with age in the same gender. Men all decreased after the peak in the 40-year-old group. The female first decreased and then rose, then decreased after reaching the peak in the 40-year-old group. Men’s protein decreased after reaching the peak in the 30-year-old group; the protein status of the women continued to decline. Muscle mass decreased in both men and women at the age of 50 and 40 respectively. Male and female upper extremity muscle mass, fluid volume in the 40-year-old group peaked gradually decreased. Muscles of both lower extremities of men except for the 40-year-old group slightly rebounded, the overall downward trend; women’s lower extremity muscle volume continued to decline. The amount of intracellular fluid in both men and women decreased first and then increased, and then decreased after reaching the peak in the 40-year-old age group. The extracellular fluid volume of both men and women decreased slightly after reaching the peak in the 50-year-old group and the 40-year-old group. Conclusion The body composition of non-adipose tissue of adult male in Dongxiang ethnic group in Gansu Province is higher than that of female. With the increase of age, the composition of non-adipose tissue changes, except for the upper extremity muscle mass, fluid volume, intracellular fluid, the remaining body composition trends have gender differences. Overall, the Dongxiang national adult female non-adipose tissue content of less than men, part of the non-peak value continued to decline or peak early, early decline, peaked and then slowed down to the characteristics of men.
