近年来,社会医疗纠纷事件层出不穷,医患之间严重的信任危机已经波及司法医疗机构,本论文从司法医疗机构内部出发,站在医护人员的角度对目前司法医疗机构现状进行阐述,并对如何防范本系统内的医疗纠纷进行了浅析。
In recent years, social medical disputes emerge one after another, and the serious crisis of trust between doctors and patients has spread to judicial medical institutions.
