伴随着素质教育的不断推进,高职院校作为专业型人才培养的基地,要从学生的综合素质出发,积极落实有效的教育指导和专业升级,确保相关教学管控工作得到有效落实。对于高职院校市场营销专业学生来说,学期项目是重要的实践课题,能有效反映高职院校学生的基本素质和实践能力,因此,需要受到学校的高度重视。本文从高职市场营销专业学期项目设计的现状分析入手,对其运行过程中存在的问题进行了简要分析,并针对相关问题展开了对策的讨论,提出学期项目的真实内涵,并在市场经济的环境下进行设计,满足企业的需求实现机制体制的创新与考核机制的完善。旨在更好的助力高职市场营销专业学生积极落实学期项目设计工作,以供参考。
With the constant promotion of quality education, as a base for cultivating professional talents, vocational colleges should actively implement effective education guidance and professional upgrading from the overall quality of students so as to ensure effective implementation of related teaching control. Semester programs are important practical issues for students majoring in marketing in higher vocational colleges. They can effectively reflect the basic qualities and practical abilities of students in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, they need to be highly valued by schools. This article starts with the analysis of the status quo of the design of semester project in higher vocational education, analyzes briefly the problems existing in the process of running the course, and discusses the countermeasures for the related problems. It puts forward the real connotation of the semester project, Environment design, to meet the needs of enterprises to achieve institutional innovation and assessment mechanisms to improve. Aimed at helping higher vocational education students to actively implement semester project design work for reference.
