预激综合征并发快速心律失常临床少见,现将我院近年来所收治的12例作一简要报道。本组12例中,男7例,女5例,年龄22～55岁,病程最短30天,最长30年。有器质性心脏病6例,其心律失常类型有反复性心动过速史10例次,阵发性房颤4例次,房扑1例次。心动过速发作时,7例有心悸、胸闷和/或胸痛,4例头昏,3例心衰,6例低血压、休克,2例出现阿—斯二氏综合征;
Pre-excitation syndrome complicated by tachyarrhythmia clinically rare, now in our hospital in recent years, 12 cases were treated for a brief report.
