随着改革的深入推进,尤其是在市场处于低迷期的不利形势下,企事业办公室内务工作中面临着许多新的任务和挑战,将企事业细节管理理念融入办公室内务日常工作之中,是应对新挑战、全面提升办公室工作水平的必然要求。本文对精细化管理在企事业办公室内务工作中的运用进行了探讨,提出了企事业办公室精细化管理的“五化”策略。
With the deepening of the reform, especially in the unfavorable situation of the downturn in the market, there are many new tasks and challenges in the internal work of the enterprises and offices. Incorporating the concept of enterprise and detail management into the daily work of the office is a response New challenges, the inevitable requirement of comprehensively enhancing the level of office work. This paper discusses the application of meticulous management in the internal affairs of enterprises and offices, and puts forward the strategy of “five aspects” for elaborate management of enterprises and offices.
