根据马洛斯“人的需求金字塔层级”理论,以人为本的理念,是人类社会进步与发展的必然趋势,也是人类文明进步的必经阶段,是整个社会主流思想对人性的尊重、对人的根本需求的理解。尤其作为企事业单位这样的团体,“以人为本”的理念,更是促进企事业单位顺利开展思想政治教育工作、保证经营管理等活动顺利进行的理论基础,也是构造和谐人际关系、促进企事业单位人力资源长期保持稳定的重要手段,是企事业单位形成健康、团结、友爱、互助的团队文化凝必然前提。本文谨在此浅论在“以人为本”理念下,企事业单位思想政治教育工作的意义、目标与方法 ,以期为企事业单位可持续健康发展寻求正确的方向与策略。
