经齐墩果酸治疗的大白鼠在致旰硬化因素作用下不发生肝硬化,死亡率明显降低。通过实验证明与齐墩果酸下列作用有关:(1)抑制或减轻肝细胞变性与坏死;(2)促进肝细胞再生,加速坏死组织的修复;(3)有非特异性抑制炎性反应的作用;(4)抑制胶原纤维的增生。经齐墩果酸长期治疗后,动物脑匀浆的酪氨酸含量较旰硬化对照动物明显为低,这对防治肝性脑病可能有一定作用。齐墩果酸的上述作用,与西德近年研制的青霉胺相比极为相似。经北京、上海等地用齐墩果酸治疗慢性活动性肝炎取得满意效果,但远泼有青霉胺之严重付作用,故齐墩果酸可能是治疗慢性活动性肝炎与防止肝硬化发生的一种有希望的新药。
Rats treated with oleanolic acid did not develop liver cirrhosis due to caries-induced sclerosis, and the mortality rate was significantly reduced. It has been proved through experiments that the following effects are associated with oleanolic acid: (1) inhibiting or reducing hepatocyte degeneration and necrosis; (2) promoting hepatocyte regeneration and accelerating the repair of necrotic tissue; (3) having non-specific inhibitory effect on inflammatory reaction (4) inhibit the proliferation of collagen fibers. After long-term treatment with oleanolic acid, the tyrosine content of animal brains was significantly lower than that of osmotic control animals, which may have a certain effect on the prevention and treatment of hepatic encephalopathy. The above-mentioned effects of oleanolic acid are very similar to those of penicillamine developed in recent years in West Germany. The use of oleanolic acid in the treatment of chronic active hepatitis in Beijing, Shanghai and other places has achieved satisfactory results, but penicillamine is far more than a serious role in the payment, so oleanolic acid may be the treatment of chronic active hepatitis and the prevention of cirrhosis A promising new drug.
