在确定一个红外探测器或红外系统的性能时,应该判断哪一个探测器的性能方程能适当地表征出系统的特性。一旦作出选择,就要作进一步的推断,怎样用有意义的方式来说明探测器的特性。探测器的性能常常以四个参数来表征,它们是比探测率(D,厘米·赫~(1/2)·瓦~(-1))噪声等效功率(NEP,瓦·赫~(-1/2)),响应率(R、伏/瓦)和噪声(?)(N,伏·赫~(-1/2))。在某些情况下,这些参数是相互联系的。
In determining the performance of an infrared detector or infrared system, one should determine which detector’s performance equation properly characterizes the system. Once the choice is made, further inferences should be made as to how to characterize the detector in a meaningful way. The performance of a detector is often characterized by four parameters that are higher than the detection rate (D, cmH ~ (1/2) · W -1) noise equivalent power (NEP, 1/2), responsivity (R, V / W) and noise (?) (N, V · Hz ~ (-1/2)). In some cases, these parameters are interlinked.
