成人教育如何为下岗职工再就业服务?我们认为应该做好以下几项工作:一、提高对下岗职工再就业的认识第一,下岗职工再就业拓展了成人教育的发展空间。用辩证的观点来看,大批的职工下岗,确实给职工个人及其家庭的收入和生活带来了暂时的不利影响。但是,从另一方面看,下岗又使职工获得了接受成人教育的大量时间,获得了重新学习,充实自己,完善自我的机会。大批的下岗职工走进成教园地,为成人教育开拓了新的发展空间。各级各类成人学校应该抓住这一契机,促进成教事业的发展。 How do adult education service re-employment of laid-off workers?
