目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、D-二聚体(D-D)在早发型子痫前期中的含量变化及其临床意义。方法选取早发型子痫前期患者(早发型子痫前期组)、正常妊娠晚孕孕妇(正常妊娠组)、体检正常的非孕妇女(非孕组)各50例,测定hs-CRP、D-D含量。结果 hs-CRP、D-D水平早发型子痫前期组、正常妊娠组高于非孕组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),早发型子痫前期组亦高于正常妊娠组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),轻度早发型子痫前期患者hs-CRP、D-D水平明显低于重度早发型子痫前期患者,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);hsCRP与D-D的水平变化之间存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论早发型子痫前期患者hs-CRP与D-D含量较正常妊娠晚期孕妇升高,随着病情加重变化更为明显,早发型子痫前期患者hs-CRP、D-D含量变化可能与疾病发病相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of hs-CRP and D-D in early-onset preeclampsia and its clinical significance. Methods Fifty patients with early-onset preeclampsia (early-onset preeclampsia), pregnant women with normal gestational age (normal pregnancy) and normal non-pregnant women (non-pregnant) were enrolled in this study. The levels of hs-CRP and DD . Results The levels of hs-CRP and DD in early-onset preeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in non-pregnant group (P <0.05), and those in early onset preeclampsia group were also higher than those in normal pregnancy group (P <0.05). The levels of hs-CRP and DD in patients with mild preeclampsia were significantly lower than those in patients with severe preeclampsia (P <0.05). There was significant difference between hsCRP and DD There was a positive correlation between the level changes (P <0.05). Conclusions The content of hs-CRP and D-D in patients with early-onset preeclampsia is higher than that in the normal pregnant women. The changes of hs-CRP and D-D in patients with early-onset preeclampsia may be related to the onset of disease.
