以‘金鹏10号’番茄幼苗为试材,研究了外源没食子酸丙酯(PG)对低温逆境下番茄幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:外源PG诱导能明显提高番茄幼苗的抗冷性;与低温对照相比,经PG诱导的番茄幼苗叶片的相对电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低,过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、叶绿素、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量显著提高。其中,PG浓度为2.0mmol/L的处理表现最佳。
Taking ’Jinpeng 10’ tomato seedlings as test material, the effects of exogenous propyl gallate (PG) on the physiological characteristics of tomato seedlings under low temperature stress were studied. The results showed that the induction of exogenous PG could significantly improve the cold resistance of tomato seedlings. Compared with the low temperature control, the relative conductivity and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) of tomato seedling leaves induced by PG were significantly decreased. The activities of peroxidase POD and SOD, the contents of chlorophyll, proline and soluble sugar were significantly increased. Among them, the treatment with PG at a concentration of 2.0 mmol / L performed the best.
