企业的人才开发关系企业的长远发展,人才开发是支撑企业发展的基础,加强人力开发有利于增强企业竞争力,提高员工工作效率,为企业创造更大的价值。而人才开发又离不开培训,在网络技术高度发达的现代,企业管理者要充分认识到网络为人才培训带来的优势,企业可以通过网络培训对员工进行培训,制定切实可行的策略,优化资源配置,实现网络资源的合理利用。笔者针对企业人才开发与企业网络培训发展策略展开分析。
