目的:观察在间歇低氧的影响下,SD大鼠血液中红细胞数量及血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)含量的变化,探讨间歇低氧训练对血细胞的影响及对心肌细胞刺激是否造成损伤,借以讨论间歇低氧训练的安全性。方法:将128只SD大鼠随机分成对照组、间歇低氧训练组、游泳训练组及间歇低氧+游泳训练组,经过4周的训练,采用采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定大鼠血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)含量。结果:经过4周间歇低氧训练血液中红细胞数量增加,血清中肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)含量也显著升高。结论:在间歇低氧训练的影响下,血液中红细胞数量增加,血液携氧能力得到改善,同时血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)含量的升高也显示间歇低氧训练对大鼠细胞有一定的损伤,由于缺乏相应的标准,损伤的程度有待进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of erythrocytes and cTnI in SD rats under the influence of intermittent hypoxia, and to investigate the effects of intermittent hypoxia training on blood cells and injury to cardiomyocytes, Discuss the safety of intermittent hypoxia training. Methods: 128 SD rats were randomly divided into control group, intermittent hypoxia training group, swimming training group and intermittent hypoxia + swimming training group. Results: After 4 weeks of intermittent hypoxia training, the amount of erythrocytes in the blood increased, and the content of serum troponin I (cTnI) was also significantly increased. CONCLUSIONS: Under the influence of intermittent hypoxic training, the number of erythrocytes in the blood is increased and the oxygen carrying capacity of blood is improved. Meanwhile, the increase of serum cTnI level also shows that intermittent hypoxic training has certain effect on rat cells Damage, due to the lack of appropriate standards, the degree of damage needs further study.
