在交流电磁场检测原理基础上,应用AN SYS软件,建立交流电磁场检测技术(ACFM)数学模型。仿真分析铁磁性材料和非铁磁性材料,在不同的激励条件下,被检材料的表面磁场分布。当被检材料中存在缺陷时,分析表面扰动磁场的分布。提取表面各方向扰动磁通量密度值,发现与缺陷大小有很好的对应关系。分析不同金属材料在相同激励条件下,表面均匀电流场的分布特征及影响因素。
Based on the principle of AC electromagnetic field detection, ANSYS software was used to establish mathematical model of ACFM. Simulation analysis of ferromagnetic materials and non-ferromagnetic materials, under different excitation conditions, the surface magnetic field distribution of the tested materials. When there is a defect in the tested material, the distribution of the surface disturbance magnetic field is analyzed. The surface magnetic flux density density was extracted and found to have a good correspondence with the defect size. Analysis of the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of uniform current field of different metallic materials under the same excitation conditions.
