有这么一群人,他们长年跋涉在特殊教育的征程上,尽管道路曲折,却依然痴心不改。我就是他们中的一员——一名光荣的特教教师。特殊教育面对的是有特殊需要的残疾孩子,他们有先天或后天的残疾,是残缺的花朵,是折翼的天使,更需要教师倍加呵护。正是因为有了这些听不到声音、看不到精彩世界的孩子们,才有了我们的特殊教育。不知不觉中,我在特教这片土地上耕耘了八个春秋。打开记忆的闸门,幸福的画面顿时溢满心中,这种幸福源于我的特教职业。在理解包容中幸福之花悄悄萌芽刚走上工作岗位,学校安排我担
