本文阐述在沥青混合料筒体热拌工艺中,运用微型电子计算机(DJS—052)过程控制系统,实现了热拌过程的自动化和控制智能化,自动调节熟料温度,油石比,监测燃烧情况等,从而达到了高产,优质、低耗的统一。提出了在调节量计算中引入尾烟气温度的算法,开发并应用了小型过程控制BASiC 语言,为应用程序设计提供了新的方法。
This paper describes the application of the miniature computer (DJS-052) process control system in the hot mixing process of asphalt mixture cylinder to realize the automation and intelligent control of the hot mixing process, automatically adjusts the clinker temperature, the ratio of oil to rock, and monitors the combustion situation And so on, so as to achieve high yield, high quality, low consumption of unity. The algorithm of introducing the temperature of tail gas into the adjustment calculation is proposed. The BASiC language of small process control is developed and applied, which provides a new method for application design.
