目的:建立六味颈康胶囊中醋乳香的鉴别和含量测定方法。方法:用TLC法对醋乳香进行定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定醋乳香主要活性成分11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸(AKBA)的含量,色谱柱为SHIMADZU Shim-pack VP-ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.01 mol·L~(-1)盐酸(78∶22);流速:1.5 ml·min~(-1);柱温:30℃;检测波长:252 nm,进样量:10μl。结果:TLC法中醋乳香的特征荧光斑点明显且空白无干扰;HPLC法含量测定中AKBA的线性范围为0.036 5~0.730 8mg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为98.24%,RSD为0.83%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可有效控制六味颈康胶囊的产品质量。
Objective: To establish the method for the identification and content determination of vinegar in Liuwei Jingkang capsule. Methods: TLC was used to characterize the identity of vinegar. The content of 11-carbonyl-β-acetylboswellic acid (AKBA), the main active ingredient of vinegar, was determined by HPLC. The column was SHIMADZU Shim-pack VP-ODS × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.01 mol·L -1 HCl (78:22), the flow rate was 1.5 ml · min -1, the column temperature was 30 ℃, the detection wavelength was 252 nm, injection volume: 10μl. Results: The characteristic fluorescent spots of vinegar and mandarin in TLC method were clear and blank without interference. The linear range of AKBA in HPLC method was 0.036 5-0.730 8 mg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 7) The rate was 98.24% and the RSD was 0.83% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible, which can effectively control the product quality of Liuwei Jingkang Capsules.
