高等职业教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分伴随中国改革的大潮不断的探索、发展和壮大,为国家各个领域输送了大量的人才,为人才队伍的建设和储备起到了举足轻重的作用。进入21世纪随着科技进步迅猛发展、经济结构快速调整、新兴产业不断涌现。因此对于人才的需求也发生了重大的改变。但我国的高职教育对于人才的培养和自身的建设却有些跟不上时代的步伐,因此我国高职教育的改革与创新势在必行。
As an important part of China’s higher education, higher vocational education, accompanied by the tide of China’s reform, has constantly explored, developed and expanded and has sent a large number of talents to all fields of our country and played a decisive role in the construction and stockpiling of a contingent of qualified personnel. In the 21st century, with the rapid development of science and technology, the economic structure has been rapidly adjusted and new industries have emerged. Therefore, the demand for talent has also undergone major changes. However, the higher vocational education in our country can not keep pace with the times for the cultivation of talents and self-construction, therefore, the reform and innovation of higher vocational education in our country are imperative.
