案例式教学法在下尿路症状教学中的应用

目的 探讨下尿路症状的临床教学方法.方法 采用在本院进修学习的北京市西城区全科医生为研究对象,共60名随机分为两组,每组30名,两组的一般资料对比差异无统计学意义.实验组采用门诊带教和案例式教学方法教学,对照组采用传统的门诊带教和课堂讲授法,以观察理论和技能考试评测效果.结果 教学后实验组的理论考试成绩[(90.1±2.18)分vs.(82.0±3.20)分]和技能考试成绩[(92.8±2.09)分vs.(79.20±2.30)分]均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P
