植物激素对玉米当代植株生长发育、器官大小及其形态特征可发生调节作用,是大家共知的。但是,利用植物激素处理自交系再组配成单交种,在其 F_1代中是否还有调节作用呢?对这个问题,我们进行过研究,证明植物激素对玉米单交种的杂种优势是有影响的(见《中国农业科学》1978年第3期)。本文是过去研究结果的一点补充。一、处理方法及制种技术为便于说明问题,以“群单105”为例。在春播条件下,当亲本自交系“525”和“C103”生长发育到第10—11叶展开期,用乙烯利500ppm,青鲜素500ppm 对母本自交系“525”进行叶面喷施处理,同时,又用2.4—D30ppm、矮壮素2,000ppm对父本自交系“C103”进行叶面喷施处理,以清水处理“525”
