目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱测定脉络宁注射液中肉桂酸含量的方法。方法 :RP HPLC。HypersilBDSC8色谱柱分离测定 ,流动相为甲醇 水 36 %醋酸 (40∶5 9∶1) ,流速 1ml·min-1,检测波长 2 78nm。结果 :肉桂酸对照品线性范围 0 6 5~ 6 5 0 μg·ml-1,r=0 99995 ,平均回收率 10 0 4% ,RSD 1 5 %。结论 :用高效液相色谱法测定脉络宁注射液中肉桂酸的含量 ,操作简便 ,结果准确 ,可供本品质量控制。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of cinnamic acid in Mailuoning injection by RP-HPLC. Method: RP HPLC. Separation was carried out on a Hypersil BDSC8 column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water 36% acetic acid (40:5 9:1), flow rate 1 ml·min-1, and detection wavelength of 2 78 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of cinnamic acid reference product was 0 6 5-6 50 μg·ml-1, r=0 99995, with an average recovery rate of 10 0.4% and RSD 15%. Conclusion :The content of cinnamic acid in Mailuoning injection was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The operation is simple and the result is accurate. It can be used to control the quality of this product.
