采用近景定点三维摄像测量法对全国田径大奖赛7名男子标枪运动员掷标枪技术进行研究。结果表明:“横弓形”和“反弓形”能最大限度地拉长肌肉的初长度,提高肌肉兴奋性,我国运动员在“横弓形”阶段右脚着地时身体姿势不佳,身体重心水平速度的损失较大,保持和提高身体重心速度的能力与世界优秀运动员相比有较大差距。“反弓形”阶段“最大反弓”形成得不充分,过早开始拉枪翻臂,缩短了标枪的加速距离。“放弓鞭打”时存在着身体重心减速与投掷臂鞭打加速失调的问题。“,”In this paper,the methods of close shot machine three-dimensional camera measurement are used to analuze the javelin throw technologu of seven javelin athletes who took part in the National Athletics Grand Prix.The results show that bu using Lateral Cross Bow and Forward Against the Bow,the muscle’ s initial length can be furthest elongated.What’s more,muscular excitabilitu can be improved.There are large gaps between world outstanding athletes and Chinese athletes in keeping and improving the velocitu of bodu gravitu mainlu because Chinese athletes didn’t have a good bodu posture during the Lateral Cross Bow stage so that the horizontal speed of the bodu weight center was slowed down.In the Forward A-gainst the Bow stage,the athletes bent their right elbow earlu and pulled a gun and flipped the arm earlu so that the speeding-up distance was decreased,which made the bow form insufficient.When doing the whiplash movement,the improper deceleration of bodu gravitu and the imbalanced acceleration of thro-wing arm are also the causes.
