采用银葛双解冲剂进行体外抗人腺病毒7型作用的实验研究,并以三氮唑核苷(病毒唑)作为阳性实验对照。实验结果表明:银葛双解冲剂可明显抑制大剂量(100TCID50)腺病毒7型所致Hela细胞的细胞病变作用(CPE),其半数培养孔的CPE抑制浓度为2.33mg(生药)/ml,三氮唑核苷的半数培养孔的CPE抑制浓度为31.2μg/ml。
The experimental study of anti-human adenovirus type 7 in vitro was conducted using Yinge Shuangjie Chongji, and ribavirin (ribavirin) was used as a positive experimental control. The experimental results show that: Yin Ge Shuang Jie Chong can significantly inhibit the cytopathic effect (CPE) of HeLa cells caused by large dose (100TCID50) of adenovirus type 7, the CPE inhibitor concentration in half culture well is 2.33mg (crude drug)/ml The CPE inhibitory concentration of the half culture well of ribavirin was 31.2 μg/ml.
