职业能力包括专业能力和关键能力,职业教育中必须突出学生关键能力的培养,给排水工程施工与运行专业毕业生学生应具备的关键能力有:职业习惯、职业道德、安全环保质量意识、表达能力、人际交往能力、团队合作能力、适应能力、心理承受能力、收集信息与处理能力、分析与解决问题能力、创新意识等。本文探讨了采用建章立制、班务项目驱动、搭建信息沟通平台和改革教学方法等策略培养给排水工程施工与运行专业学生关键能力。
Professional ability includes professional ability and key ability. Professional education must emphasize the cultivation of key ability of students. The key ability of students majoring in construction and operation of drainage and drainage engineering should include: occupation habit, professional ethics, safety and environmental awareness, quality of expression , Interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, adaptability, psychological endurance, information gathering and processing capabilities, ability to analyze and solve problems, innovative awareness and so on. This article explores the key ability to train students majoring in construction and operation of water supply and drainage engineering by adopting such tactics as establishing rules and regulations, driving class services, establishing information communication platform and reforming teaching methods.
