薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理工作的重要组成部分,完善企业薪酬管理体制有助于提高员工的工作积极性,提高工作质量和效率,促进员工的进步和发展。如果企业忽视了薪酬管理工作,员工的工作积极性就会降低,进而影响到企业发展的效率、进度和经济效益。本文主要对企业人力资源薪酬管理进行了具体的分析,首先分析了企业管理和企业薪酬管理的主要内容,然后就企业薪酬管理中存在的问题进行了具体分析,最后结合实际的工作经验提出了完善企业人力资源薪酬管理的主要对策。
