本文研究了钢的渗碳。在900~1000℃的温度范围内采用固体和液体渗碳技术,对低碳钢和304奥氏体不锈钢进行渗碳。在上述温度范围内,以每25℃的温度间隔进行渗碳,以测定温度对碳扩散的影响。采用了金相法测量不同实验条件下的渗层厚度。低碳钢和304不锈钢渗碳的活化能在固体渗碳时分别为127.95千焦耳/克分子和205.57千焦耳/克分子,而在液体渗碳时则分别为180.59千焦耳/克分子和218.58千焦耳/克分子。
This paper studies the carburization of steel. In the temperature range of 900 ~ 1000 ℃ using solid and liquid carburizing technology, low carbon steel and 304 austenitic stainless steel carburizing. Carburizing was performed at a temperature interval of 25 ° C within the above temperature range to determine the effect of temperature on carbon diffusion. Metallographic method was used to measure the thickness of the layer under different experimental conditions. The activation energies of carburizing for mild steel and 304 stainless steel are 127.95 kJ / mol and 205.57 kJ / mol for solid carburizing, respectively 180.59 kJ / mol and 218.58 kJ for liquid carburizing Joule / mole.
