应用非线性数学工具对物料在强化筛中的复杂运动规律性进行了分析,推导出颗粒在强化筛中运动的递推公式.应用混沌分析方法对物料在强化筛中的运动规律进行了数值计算,并用其描述了颗粒的运动特性.结果认为,真实的料群与筛网碰撞和透筛是个十分复杂的过程,影响因素很多,用数学工具对料群碰撞、透筛过程进行精确描述目前尚有困难.
The non-linear mathematical tools were used to analyze the complex movement regularity of the material in the reinforced screen, and the recursion formula of the particle movement in the reinforced screen was deduced. The chaos analysis method is used to calculate the movement law of the material in the reinforced screen, and the particle’s motion characteristics are described. The result shows that the collision and sieving of the real material group with the sieve is a very complex process with many influencing factors. It is still difficult to accurately describe the process of collision and sieving with the mathematical tools.
