本文对城口氧化锰矿石重选生产进行了简要总结,着重阐述了 SHP—700型湿式强磁选机选矿试验,单机连续试生产。试验和生产表明,原矿二氧化锰品位为56.47%,入选粒度-200目为26%,一次分选可获得二氧化锰品位为65.93%,回收率73.38%的三级放电锰精矿,大大优于重选指标,且分选指标稳定可靠。本矿由省投资自行设计、施工、建立了单一湿式强磁选选矿车间,现已投入了试生产。同时本文对 SHP 型湿式强磁选机分选城口氧化锰矿,提高其经济效益的途径进行了探讨。
This paper briefly summarizes the re-election production of manganese oxide ore in Chengkou, emphatically elaborated the beneficiation test of SHP-700 type wet strong magnetic separator and the single trial production. The test and production showed that the grade of manganese dioxide in raw ore was 56.47%, the size of selected -200 mesh was 26%, the grade of manganese dioxide with the grade of manganese dioxide of 65.93% and the recovery of 73.38% In the re-election indicators, and sorting indicators are stable and reliable. The mine by the provincial investment in their own design, construction, the establishment of a single wet magnetic separation plant, has now put into trial production. At the same time, this article discussed SHP-type wet strong magnetic separator sorting manganese oxide ore and improve its economic benefits.
