探索了镉及锌、硒与之单独或同时给予时对大鼠睾丸组织的影响。研究表明,镉组各指标均与对照组有显著性差异;镉锌、镉锌硒、镉硒组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于对照组,而血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及睾丸组织总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活力显著高于镉组;镉锌、镉硒组睾丸重量系数显著低于镉组;镉锌硒组血清T-SOD活力及睾丸组织中MDA含量与镉组有显著性差异(P<0.05),镉锌组睾丸组织MDA含量仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,镉可致睾丸组织脂质过氧化;锌、硒对此有拮抗作用,锌较硒作用弱,锌硒具联合拮抗作用。
The effects of cadmium, zinc and selenium on rat testis tissue were investigated when administered alone or simultaneously. The results showed that each index of cadmium group was significantly different from that of the control group. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the group of cadmium, zinc, cadmium, zinc, selenium and cadmium selenium was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and T-SOD activity in testis tissue were significantly higher than those in Cd group. The testicular weight coefficients of cadmium, zinc, cadmium and selenium groups were significantly lower than those in cadmium group. Serum T-SOD The content of MDA in vitality and testis tissue was significantly different from that in cadmium group (P <0.05). The content of MDA in testis tissue of cadmium-zinc group was still higher than that of control group (P <0.05). The results suggest that cadmium can cause lipid peroxidation of testicular tissue; zinc, selenium antagonism, zinc is weaker than selenium, zinc and selenium with a combination of antagonism.
