评课是教学教研工作的重要环节之一,是教育同行对照教学目标,对执教者的课堂教学,包括教材分析、教法研究等进行评议的一种活动。在同课异构的教研活动中,采用切片式评课的模式,即是对两节授课内容相同但教学方法不同的课堂教学进行切片,然后逐一对比分析,使授课教师和听课教师产生思维碰撞,从而更好地优化课堂教学的教,提升教研效果,促进教师的专业发展。
Evaluation is one of the important links in the teaching, research and teaching work. It is a kind of activity in which the education counterparts contrast the teaching objectives and comment on the instructor’s classroom teaching, including the analysis of textbooks and teaching methods. In the heterogeneous teaching and research activities of the same class, the model of grading assessment is the slicing of two classroom teachings with the same teaching content but different teaching methods. Then they are compared and analyzed one by one so that the lecturer and lecturer have a conflict of thinking. In order to better optimize the teaching of classroom teaching, enhance the effectiveness of teaching and research, and promote the professional development of teachers.
