国务院办公厅于2015年7月印发了【2015】52号文件《关于支持戏曲传承发展的若干政策》,其中第十九条指出:为加大戏曲的普及和宣传力度,要加强学校戏曲通识教育。结合学校教育实际,强化中华优秀传统文化特别是戏曲内容的教育教学。大力推动戏曲进校园,支持戏曲艺术表演团体到各级各类学校演出,鼓励学生走进剧场。鼓励学校建设戏曲社团和兴趣小组,鼓励学校与本地戏曲艺术表演团体合作开展校园戏曲普及活动。鼓励学校特聘校外戏曲专家和非物质文化遗产传承
In July 2015, the General Office of the State Council issued [2015] No. 52 document “Several Policies on Supporting the Development of Traditional Chinese Opera,” in which Article 19 states: In order to increase the popularization and publicity of traditional Chinese opera, education.
