目的:建立食用菌中7种氨基甲酸酯类农药气相色谱同时测定方法。方法:食用菌中速灭威、异丙威、仲丁威、残杀威、克百威、抗蚜威和甲萘威经乙腈提取,固相萃取柱净化,DB-1701毛细管色谱柱分离,氮磷检测器检测(GC-NPD)。结果:本法分离效果好,7种氨基甲酸酯类农药的回收率在72.7%~83.6%之间,相对标准偏差在2.1%~6.6%之间,检出限在0.01 mg/kg~0.04 mg/kg之间。结论:本法灵敏、快速、准确,适用于食用菌中7种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的同时测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of seven carbamate pesticides in edible fungi by gas chromatography. Methods: The medium-speed fungicides of edible fungi were extracted with acetonitrile, extracted with DB-1701 capillary column and separated with nitrogen, propofol, secopline, propoxur, carbofuran, azithromycin and carbaryl. Phosphorus detector detection (GC-NPD). Results: The separation efficiency of this method was good. The recoveries of seven carbamate pesticides ranged from 72.7% to 83.6% with relative standard deviations between 2.1% and 6.6%. The limits of detection were between 0.01 mg / kg and 0.04 mg / kg between. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, rapid and accurate and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 7 carbamate pesticides residues in edible fungi.
