我厂硫化矿车间中、细碎系统,分别采用φ1650毫米标准型和短头型圆锥破碎机各一台。排矿口分别为19毫米和8至10毫米。由于采矿过程中铁质杂物(大锤、钎子头、电耙齿等)落入矿石中,随之进入破碎机,从而造成破碎机夹铁事故。轻则使破碎机跳闸,重则发生铁件粘结在破碎机的碎矿腔上,产生“卡死”,甚至引起破碎机大竖轴扭断,给生产带来严重威胁。为解决这一重大生产问题,在厂党委领导下,坚持政治挂帅,充分发动群众,开展技术革
