在X射线结构分析照相法中,当要求小的几何宽度以提高测量精确度时,应尽可能采用小直径(0.2~0.5mm)的试样。我们结合工作,特制了一种用以填塞粉末试样的醋酸纤维管胶套,现将制作方法介绍如下,以供参考。(1)将1~1.5份的醋酸纤维溶于8.5~9份的丙酮溶液中,用玻璃棒轻搅几分钟,静置后待用。(2)用厚度为0.2mm左右的铝箔一小张(约40×60mm~2),卷成60°左右的漏斗,如图1所示。再用与要求的试样直径大小相同的铜(或其他金属)丝,插入卷锥孔中卷紧。用另一粗铜丝(0.5mm)横扣在锥底上作横挂试样套模丝用,将细铜丝另一端绕挂其上,如图2所示。
