目的总结儿童持续正压通气(CPAP)呼吸机管路集中管理各环节存在问题,评价针对性措施的效果。方法采集2010年1月1日-2015年12月31日首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院消毒供应中心集中管理儿童CPAP呼吸机管路的登记数据,分析回收、清洗消毒、检查包装及储存发放4个集中管理环节所出现的问题进行及相关措施的效果。结果统计期内问题管路数量呈逐年下降趋势,而合格率由2010年的65.99%提升至2015年的98.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2010-2013年问题管路的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),比较2013-2015年问题管路明显减少并稳定在一定数量,问题管路的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论回收环节做好与临床科室的沟通;清洗消毒环节做好预处理及规范装载;检查包装环节做好规范卸载及二次干燥,做好储存发放环节的管理,可以减少问题管路的产生。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the problems in various aspects of centralized management of CPAP ventilator pipeline and to evaluate the effect of targeted measures. There was no significant difference in the incidence of the pipeline between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Recycling links do well with clinical departments; preconditioning and standardizing the cleaning and disinfecting process; checking the unloading and secondary drying of the packaging process, and doing a good job in the management of the storage and dispensing process, which can reduce the problem pipeline.
