我今天演讲的内容是相对短期的话题。现在最重要的短期问题就是明年我们的几大目标(即稳增长、促改革、调结构、控风险和惠民生)在逻辑上到底怎么进行排序。这几大目标往往在中期是相互冲突的,如果在短期内理不顺,就会导致我们虽然有很好的战略,但是难以有很好的举措。因此,明年我们的稳增长目标怎么确定?以及我们整个宏观经济政策落脚点
The content of my speech today is a relatively short-term topic. The most important short-term issue now is how to rank logically in the next several major goals of our year (that is, to stabilize growth, promote reforms, adjust the structure, control risks and benefit people’s livelihood). These goals are often in the mid-term are conflicting, if not in the short term, will lead us to have a good strategy, but it is difficult to have a good move. Therefore, next year, what is our goal of steady growth? And where is the end of our macroeconomic policy?
