本文以水电工程企业的绩效考核为探索对象,应用业绩考核的基本指标与方法,做出对经营业绩考核体系设计的有效做法,为考核体系设计者提供一些体系设计,以做参考。
In this paper, the performance appraisal of hydropower engineering enterprises as the exploration object, the application of performance appraisal of the basic indicators and methods to make an effective assessment of the operating performance appraisal system for evaluation system designers to provide some system design for reference.
